From 18 deer to 14 evergreens...

Holy B-O-R-I-N-G and B-I-G South Dakota!! I expected Laura Ingles herself come bustling through the plains...she had plenty of hours to appear considering we drove through them for 9 hours! Beige, taupe, and tan plains they were. As I mentioned in the title, we did see a few sparse evergreens along the roadside at one point...a real thrill. The girls travelled great once again and I was a mature traveller until the 7th hour or so. After fidgeting, flossing (twice!) and flipping through some of Becca's magazines we finally came into Minnesota this evening! YIPPIE!! Here are some pictures from our pitstops along the way.

Thank you thank you thank you for the travelling blog; I love it! I am glad you are all doing well and seeing lots of interesting things. I went to that Wall Drug place too; I couldn't believe how FLAT that area was. Take care, big hugs and be safe!
